Crop biopesticidesHuma Gro® is actively involved in the development of biopesticides—certain products that use natural materials (such as botanical oils, proteins, minerals, etc.) to control different kinds of insects, and crop diseases.

Biopesticides are designed to work on specific pests in certain crops, and then decompose safely in the soil. Biopesticides don’t pose risks to beneficial insects, birds or humans, and are much better for the environment than traditional, highly toxic pesticides—but they still get the job done.

Huma Gro® biopesticides are OMRI (Organic Materials Review Institute) certified, so they can be used in organic production.
